We usually ship products with in 3 business days of the order. Caylor Creek has a $5.00 shipping charge on all orders. Regardless of the size of your order.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Caylor Creek refunds your purchase if the order is returned with in 15 days of the Shipping date. Also all tags must be attached to the product. Shipping is non-refundable. Cancellation: Customers may cancel an order as long as the order has not been shipped. Once the item has been shipped, it will be considered a return, at which the shipping cost will be charged to your credit card, and it will be at the customer's expense to ship the product back to receive a refund. Once the product has been shipped a customer will be charged the shipping cost, which is non-refundable.
